Nancy Zhao

Nancy moved from Edmonton, AB to Vancouver, BC to pursue her Masters of Public Health degree at Simon Fraser University. Her public health interests are in the areas of mental health literacy, youth mental health, and youth capacity building. Before trading the snow for rain, Nancy completed her Bachelor of Science: Psychology Specialization at the University of Alberta where her contributions to youth mental advocacy first began through Jack.org. In 2016, she had the opportunity to share her involvements with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during the Royal Tour 2016 alongside a group of other Jack.org youth. During her free time, Nancy can be found exploring new areas around Vancouver, dancing Ballet, or reading but let’s be honest, she can most likely be found cuddling and playing with her dog, Noelle – like any other proud dog mom!
