Centre for Research with Vulnerable Women and Youth (CRVWY) Youth Matters-Women's Matters, St. Thomas University

The primary mandate is to conduct applied research with vulnerable women and youth with a particular focus on incarcerated populations. We involve community partners in our outreach work through consultations, workshops and conferences. We host two youth and young adult led programs within custody centres in New Brunswick known as Youth Matters and Women's Matters. We are a partner with the Students Commission of Canada and are involved in adult youth partnerships, attending and participating in youth conferences and research initiatives.
