Frayme Virtual Innovations in Care (VIC) Grant Program

Read these Application Guidelines in their entirety before completing your application. Frayme recognizes that the current COVID-19 pandemic is creating a significant burden on the mental health and substance use system and that the primary focus is on delivery of service for youth and families. To support important evaluation efforts during this time that are understanding of this context Frayme has created a streamlined application process.

Only complete applications including the following documents will be considered for funding:

  • General Application form (below)
  • Budget
  • Evaluation Framework

Funding decisions and conditions

Please note that decisions regarding eligibility and funding amounts are final and will be provided in installments to an identified funding recipient.

You will be required to submit an interim report during your project and contribute to knowledge mobilization efforts at mutually–agreed upon intervals.

Additional conditions will be included in the funding agreement.

Term of funding

The funding term for this call is August 1, 2020 – March 31st, 2021.

Disclosure of information

By submitting your funding application, you authorize us to disclose any information submitted with this application to the Review Committee to support them in finalizing decisions about funding. All Review Committee members will sign non-disclosure agreements.
