WestView Primary Care Network

The WestView PCN is the lead organization in the Tri-Region Youth Hub Steering Committee which is dedicated to the development of an integrated youth hub within the Parkland County area in central Alberta. We currently offer limited wrap-around services for youth that include medical services, social services, counselling for mental health and addictions, navigation services, and outreach services into schools and community youth centres through our navigators we have termed Community Connectors. We focus on youth ages 11-25.
