Youth Wellness Hub Niagara

The Youth Wellness Hub Niagara is a one-stop-shop for youth ages 12-25 years old in South Niagara proving walk-in access to primary care, mental health, and addictions services, housing and employment supports and recreation, and recreation and cultural activities at our youth drop-in spaces. Our goal is make the right services available to youth and families in need, at the right time, in the right place.
