Setting the Benchmark: Core Data Set for IYS

There is a lack of consistency in the collection and evaluation of indicators, measures, and metrics across integrated youth services (IYS). This lack of common individual and program-level data sets leads to limitations in data integration across settings, poor consistency in the monitoring and evaluation of IYS, as well as minimal program transparency and accountability.
