Jack.org is the only Canadian charity that trains and empowers young leaders who are revolutionizing mental health. Through Jack Talks, Jack Chapters and Jack Summits, young leaders identify and break down barriers to positive mental health in their communities. Jack.org is working towards a Canada where all young people:
• are comfortable talking about mental health,
• prioritize their own mental health,
• are informed and equipped to take care of themselves and look out for their peers,
• receive the community support or professional help they deserve.
With a national network of 2,500 young leaders, we’re only just getting started.
