Safe Water Studies

The key goals of this project are as follows:
-Engage Indigenous youth on the subject of mental health through building a safe online community for creative expression
-Use a 'two eyed-seeing' approach to examine mental health from both an Indigenous lens and a western lens
-Create positive outcomes and encourage a wholesome approach to mental health for both youth, mentors, and our team

We will accomplish these goals by building a series of workshops and free-form seminars for youth and mentors. We have used this format for workshops in the past and it has been successful.
